Your reservation will be confirmed once we have receive your guest information.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an invoice 30 days prior to your arrival. Please complete the payment by 15 days before the day of your stay.
Additional charges such as paid options or on-site expenses will be settled at check-out.

Please note that staff are not stationed on-site at all times.
Our staff will be present at the property upon your arrival and departure,
so, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance of any changes to your scheduled arrival and departure times.
As we provide a brief orientation and explanation of the property at check-in,
please allow sufficient time upon your arrival.
30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation fee will be charged (tax included)
14 days prior to arrival or later: 100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged (tax included)
The above percentages are calculated based on the total accommodation fee for the entire duration of the reserved stay.
Exceptions may apply in cases of natural disasters or other emergencies.
